Molly Arcaro, a non-binary colorist and educator-in-training with over 11 years behind the chair, this space was created for anyone seeking more than a haircut or color—for those craving honesty, comfort and change that feels like you. Mxlly specializes in color corrections, lived-in dimension and vivid transformations. Their work is technical and intuitive, rooted in deep listening and respect for you hair’s history and your story. Every appointment is a collaboration , never a production line. Raised in a family of small business owners, Mxlly brings generational grit, warmth and creativity into every aspect of their work. Their approach is gentle but intentional—balancing aethethic, identity, and lifestyle without sacraficing the integrity of your hair. They’ve built this micro salon as a response to years of working in spaces that weren’t always safe, inclusive or sustainable. This is space is the antidote. At Arcaro & Colour, the vibes are calm, affirming and unrushed. This sacred studio space is intentionally small so that the attention stays focused—on you, your hair, and how you want to feel when you walk out the door. This isn’t a one-size-fits all salon experiene, its a quiet place for bold changes and subtle shifts alike. Mxlly works with people of all genders and backgrounds, and is especially passionate about creating safer, affirming services and spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has ever felt out of placce in a traditional salon setting.
